A big THANK YOU to Sucklebusters for supplying rubs and BBQ sauce for our annual HLSR World Championship BBQ event at the Ram's Club. We cook every year for about 6000 guests of this fine charity over three days and Sucklebusters is our spice and sauce vendor of choice.
Camp Craig Allen is dedicated to the overlooked physically disabled children adults of North Texas. CCA will encourage self-awareness, positive influence, and independence in therapeutic and educational programs in an accessible environment that promotes abilities and talents of those with the most physical challenges. CCA currently holds camp in the Collin County Adventure Center in Anna, TX.

Karma Que is a charity BBQ Team that we and some friends put together just for the purpose of delivering larger charity events. Karma Que is currently composed of members of five different BBQ Teams that have banded together just for events like cooking for 6000 guests of the Ram's Club at the HLSR Championship BBQ Competition. Our newest device addition for Sweet Obsession is the Tappeque. Tappeque is a web-enabled temperature monitor that allows us to keep track of four locations at a time through a cloud based application. We fire it up and log in with our iPad or iPhone and can monitor all temps from anywhere! We will have more information, installation pictures and a review soon. www.tappeque.com
